ILM Diploma for Managers

The Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Standard

has been designed by a group of employers, including Serco, Co-Op, and the BBC, which means it has been developed to an agreed standard which focuses on the knowledge, skills and behaviours that make up a successful leader/manager and which can be applied directly to any management role. It covers 17 mandatory units within 10 workbooks. Digital Credentials are awarded as part of your ILM Registration Fee to recognise proven skills, knowledge and behaviours as learners’ progress through their programme.

Who is this qualification for?

Ideal for aspiring professionals taking their first step into line management, or those with some experience of managing a team or project to deliver clearly defined outcomes. Successful completion of a full Team Leader/Supervisor Diploma programme, including this qualification and End Point Assessment, will normally take 12–18 months. - Reduced to 12 months with SML!

ILM Registration Fee

For the Level 5 Diploma for Leaders and Managers a registration fee of £161 +vat per learner is required, payable outside of the levy.
